I'm not usually one to write reviews for anything, but I had a great experience with this shop.
Impera Body and Paint (www.impera.ca)
1251 Kennedy Road
416-755-2772 for Rick
I had a nice dent on my hatch door and decided on going with Impera based a few reviews from different forums (including a Toronto Subaru one...). Rick was very friendly and easy to deal with. He gave me two estimates, one to replace the hatch piece entirely and one for him to fix the damaged one. I don't know which one would've put more money in his pocket, but he wanted to save me money and fix it. The estimate was very reasonable.
Picked up the car today. Hatch door looks brand new, which is to be expected from any half decent shop. The surprise was that he adjusted the price down from the initial estimate a good 20-25% because the job was easier than expected. He didn't have to do that, and I wouldn't have known better.
All in all, awesome guy, highly recommended shop!
Side note: I read one review from another forum where the car owner had paint issues a long time after his repair (months?), and Rick took care of it free of charge. :)
