So I'm all the way in Whitby but I absolutely love this bubble tea thing. The wifey got me all hooked on it and now I find myself driving to Yorkdale just for a fix (about 50 kms one way)
I'm looking for a place closer than Yorkdale. Any idea where else they have it? Malls, plazas, anything could you help me out? Please post the address and if you know the name of the store. Thanks :D
(will not step foot in STC - absolutely hate that mall)

Good place - Serissa @ Warden/Hwy7 - I think they have a location in Pacific mall too. Not exactly close for you though

The best bubble tea I've found is near TNT at Warden and Steeles. It's like a Chinese Starbucks. Another place is Go For Tea at Midland at Mcnicol. Good atmosphere there if you're looking for a lounge.

TenRen's I find is also a great place that has a large variety of bubble teas, hot teas, slushies, etc. They also got lots of tasty snack foods and actual meals, and most of them have tea in them (lol they really went crazy and added tea to everything). Destiny's is also pretty good. They also have snacks, proper meals, desserts, etc.
If you're just looking for a quick bubble tea then any asian mall/plaza will most probably have a store for it. Happy drinking!

The TenRen's at Hwy 7 & Times Ave is some of the best/upscale bubble tea I've had. Very nice location.
Nowhere near the OP though. :(

its a fair jaunt from you guys but in Winnipeg there's Global Bubble Tea @ University of Manitoba, Asia City on Sargent which are by far the best for ingredients, service.

Destiny at Steels & Silver Star, and Hwy7 & East Beaver Creek

What are the prices like at Go for tea?

$3.99-4.99 plus $0.50 for tapioca. Depends on what you get too. Slush bubble teas are a bit more at $5.50-5.99ish.
Ten Rens is alot more expensive at around $6.99-7.99 depending on the type..

Ten Ren tea is pretty much my favorite. That place is the only place i can actually taste the tea in "Honey green tea". They are relatively more expensive but i personally think its worth it. Next time when you try other places for bubble tea, you can try to see if you can taste the green tea that you actually asked for.
note: Ask for half the sugar from all bubble tea places cuz they are tooooo sweet.

Serissa? I don't think I've ever heard of or seen that place. I'll have to check them out since they're just down the street from me.
I love the Mango Smoothies at Bubble Tease. (or any place that will use real fruit and not that nasty powdered crap)

J/K - haven't had Bubble Tea in a while. Ever since I started seeing it pop up EVERYWHERE!
I think there's one inside the Super Wal Mart at Markham and Steeles

Hey diego, if you want one on the weekend there is a vendor at the Pickering Flea Market that has bubble tea, I've only had from them once but it was pretty decent.

Ten Rens have the best bubble tea IMO. They use real fruit and tastes great. Obviously, their price reflects their quality.
If I'm feeling cheap, I'll go to a corner place at First Markham Place (FMP) called Fruit Jungle. They have really good bubble tea for the price.

Serissa isn't the best place...its more of convenience because there's nothing else on the east end of Markham.
In the same plaza, if you want to try something completely different, there's loose leaf teas served at Paintlounge (www.paintlounge.ca). No bubble tea, but real fresh tea.

I was actually going to go to Ten Ren's tonight, but it was paaaacked, So I went to C'est la tea or something over by Korean BBQ. Pretty decent for the price.
Never heard of Fruit Jungle, but I'll have to check them out..... maybe when I'm over there looking for that dash thingy lol
Green Grotto is good too, but the place feels dingy.
Destiny is okay, only reason i go is the very generously cut cake size from La Rocca.

Bubbletea Cafe @Heartland :)
But that's far from you lol
Suck it up and go to Scarboro town. There is a Ten Rens literally RIGHT outside walmart. So when Mat and I go just for tea, we park outside walmart, walk thru, grab some, and gtfo cus we hate the mall to. You barely even are in the mall for more then 5 mins.

To me, all Bubble Tea tastes the same. But when I'm in the east end..... if it's to just pick up and go, I'll go to one of the places in Commerce Gate. If it's to sit and hang out, I'll goto Destiny by Hw7 and E. Beaver Creek.

Perhaps a west-side bubbletea meet :) I've been in there a few times, and it's actually pretty tasty and they give you a free cookie if you get one of the larger drinks :chuckle
Sweets is a very dangerous place. VERY dangerous. If you have any kind of sweet tooth whatsoever, beware :D

Yes.....VERY VERY DANGEROUS.
I am there often =/ lol Macarons, Gelatos, Cheesecakes, Cookies (OMG..........................They're not regular ones!)
Beware though, it's pricey..1 cookie is $4+ (chocolate, but theyre big) and $2+ for the butterfly/flower/etc shaped ones..Macarons are $2 each..
DO NOT TAKE YOUR GFS THERE (Specially if they watch Gossip Girl episodeS)

Looks like somebody enjoys their sweets..
Go For Tea @ Midland + McNicoll is poorly set up. I've had to wait every time I've gone. They've got too many booths in there and arranged in a way where it wastes so much space.
Luckily they have good drinks! :)

Anyone know any Bubble Tea stores around Pickering or east of that? Thanks

None that are good (that I know of)
I mean - there are small BBT spots that around East Scarborough - but it's nothing fancy.
Is there none at the Pickering TC?
I'm pretty sure there one inside the Flea Market on Bailey
