I have a 1.6 mazda 3 2010 non bose system, I would like to add an amp with kenwood, JBL, pinoner. All i know is that i will need a (LOC) so now im asking if i add the amp where should i put it as it will be big, and will it boast my speakers or will it have little effect? I am also thinking about putting a sub later on and tweeters, but my main question is pretty much will the amp make a difference or will i also need new speakers

The amp will make a difference but it all depends how how much wattage you get. And of course if you upgrade your speakers you will get a more "true" sound. Stock speakers on most cars aren't the greatest. My previous car was a hatchback and all I needed was a 300-watt pioneer amp with a 10" Alpine sub and I swapped all the stock speakers for JBL's and it was louder than I expected. But for sound quality's sake, I would highly suggest switching your speakers.

ya you should definitely go with upgrading your speakers first the ones that come stock in your model are the biggest peace of crap, but if u upgrade them its a huge difference.
