Good day to all.

I just got my car serviced for it's very 1st one, having hit 5k already and with the car having been with me for 4 months now. I opted to just get the regular oil change, will have the tire rotation during the 2nd visit.

Geoff of Direct Mazda took my call last friday morning and I inquired if he was able to accommodate me with such short notice. He said yes and scheduled me for 12noon. I arrived late, being held at my office for a good 20 minutes and was welcomed by non other than Dave himself. As usual, Dave was his usual courteous and accommodating self. He explained my options and asked me what I preferred. Having decided what to do, I asked how long it will take, he replied by saying....at least 45 minutes.

HE LIED. The car was done in about only half an hour and I was so groggy from my very short nap by the lounge that I even told him that I would step out first to grab a bite when I was already told that the car was done. When I stepped out, I realized what he said when I saw the car already parked outside. :rolleyes

Anyways, I inspected the car and found it very exceptional. No smudge marks on the hood, none on the doors, none on the steering wheel. Everything topped off. What more can I ask for. One thing though......I forgot my FREE coffee.

Thanks Geoff for accommodating my 3 on such short notice. And as usual, thanks Dave for an exceptional DIRECT service! ;)

So went in for my 2nd service, had a tire rotation as well. Still utilizing regular oil and might switch to synthetic on my next.

Dave gave me an appointment and I was there minutes before. Even if the service department was busy, the over-all service time was fast and had my usually one cup of free coffee. No smudges on the exterior and my interior did not smell like oil.

Thanks Dave for the exceptional service, as usual. More power sir!
