So around 11:30PM on Sunday Night, I was dropping off my gf at her place on Queens Quay West and Spadina.... I see this Super Sweet Clean White NSX (bone stock from what I saw) pull out from the underground parking lot....
He is going about 15km/h and turns right on to Spadina.... immediately after he turns I see a Traffic Cop do a U-turn and the cop goes into the right lane (NSX was in the left lane) and stops and waits for the light to turn Green. The NSX was in between two cars.
So I'm thinkin' to myself... "hhmmm I wonder if this cop is going to pull over the NSX...damn that's a nice car!"
The Light turns Green and SURE ENOUGH ... the Popo pulls over the NSX and I look over at the Driver and the expression on the Drivers face was "WTF?" ....
I really wonder what he got pulled over for.... either way.. it was a Sweet NSX ! haha!
Has anyone else been pulled over for "reasons unknown" lately?

When I had my previous ride, I was driving along the queens quay and sitting in traffic due to construction in the area. The police officer pointed at me to pull over. Complimented on how shiny my car was (black at the time) and asked what wax and polish I was using. LOL. I had the "WTF" look when asked to pull over as well!

I thought this was gonna end in the cop and NSK racing each other hahaha.
When they were building the new plaza's on Burloak I went in to take a tour one night after work and had a cop come up and pull me over as soon as I went to leave. He just asked why I was there (I work across the street and was actually wanting to see what they were putting in)....and my tags expired the week before :)
He let me off with a warning for the tags.
I was with my friend when we were in college in Belleville and we got pulled over one night after going to smoke and watch shark tale lol. He drove a mx3 with a full body kit and stereo...the cop was facing us and as soon as he went to pull away the cop u'ed and hit the lights...asked why the car was in his mom's name, my friend explained it was cheaper on insurance, the cop got a good laugh..The cop asked if we had been drinking (obviously not)...and then saw the bong in the back seat and said have a good night lol,
Never really had any problems with cops, respect them and you usually get the same back...

i have a lot of cop buddies who are with TP, TP -ETF, drug squads, Peel and OPP, the minute you disrespect them minute they change attitude with anyone.. what we all sometimes forget is that they are people and they forget we are people too... we are all in titled to make mistakes (especially in front of cops) but as long as you are honest & respectful most of the time just explain yourself... they will 99% let you off with a warning - unless you have something pending like a warrant or pulled over for the same things again & again... lol

ahhh the popo's..many stories on them...
worst one was when i had a baseball game downtown toronto. I was heading back home and i had a bat and glove in my possession. As i was walking down yonge street a cruiser pulled up beside..he asks me why i have a baseball bat. i told him i just finished a game at gage park...he then replies.."Did you lose?"

Here's a bit of a story...
A couple years ago, I was doing an exotics racing event at the Shannonville Speedway near Belleville. One of my friends (an 18 year old girl) had brought out her dad's 2007 Porsche 911 Turbo. She lapped all day but wasn't happy with the way she was shifting it. As we went to grab some dinner at night, she asked me to show her how to drive/shift the Turbo properly.
We hit the 401 toward Belleville, and I ripped it. I'm not proud of what I did back then, but I absolutely railed that car; it was 9 or 10pm, and pitch black. I somehow came up on an unmarked popo parked in the middle of the 401, and I guarantee I was doing 200-210 at this point. He naturally pulled out behind me, and being the absolute MORON that I was, I cut the lights (the 911 was from the US and didn't have DRLs) and gunned it. I lost him about a kilometer down the road, flew off at the Wooler Road exit, and ducked behind the gas station. My heart was pounding, and I don't think I've ever been so sh*t scared.
My friend had a police scanner and was driving home in his F430 near Trenton, and he apparently heard the OPP talking about a "red Ferrari or Lamborghini caught over 200 on radar".
Thankfully nothing ever happened, and it turned out to be one of those stories you tell. I think this was in late 2006. Oh also, I grew up.

So one night i was just about home turning into my neighbourhood after the shitty raptors game. A HOT..i mean HOT lady cop pulls me over because appearently i was speeding, but really i wasnt. My eyes were blood shot red becuase of some recreational drug that was inhaled :P The cop thought i was drunk so she pulled out the breatalizer. I was toying around with her pretending i didnt know how to blow on this thing just to make her think im drunk. So after 5 times failing i finally blew it in the correct way and blew a 0.00 and she let me go. Long sotry short, i p00ned her. :)

Max speed on the Garmin GPS for that night showed 259. I'm not proud of myself.
Yeah, I drive between Toronto and Queen's University in Kingston every weekend. Generally I keep it at 125 on cruise, and still see a bunch of OPP parked along the route. I go as high as 135 if I find a group of cars consistently doing that speed.
Knock wood, but I haven't been pulled over yet with my stock Mazda3. My old Chrysler was a cop magnet, and it was hard to drive that car slowly!

If I saw that... I totally would've pulled out my phone and Video Tape the whole thing... even though I'd probably only be able to keep up for 3 seconds in my bone stock 2.3L .. haha!

last year, i drove out to the gas station and back home cause i needed to get something. 1 driveway before turning into my street i get pulled over.
first thing the cop says is " i heard you from a block away" (this was when i had my civic), and i gave him the surprised look and said "really?", he then proceeded to ask for my license etc. and asked me where i was going. to which i answered back home. which i pointed out that it was right there (in sight from where we were) and he asked where are you going after that?" and i laughed and told him to bed that it's pretty late (forget the time but well past 1am) he didn't give me a ticket that night nor any warnings for anything surprisingly, but i did leave with some advice. he said "you should get that hole in your exhaust fixed, it's probably not good for your car" :chuckle man did i luck out
but that luck didn't last, two days after that bright and early in the morning i get pulled over and hit with 3 tickets! (unnecessary noise, failure to show insurance, failure to show license) left my wallet at home which was also just one block away! but alas i fought it and never had to pay those tickets =]

I know the area quite well as well. I too am somewhat surprised you made it as there aren't many exits down in the Shannonville area of the 401 and at night it's just you, semis and the cops.
With regards to the OP: I've been pulled over many, many times for no reason and been let off with a 'have a good night' or whatever. My exhaust seemed to attract a lot of attention but I drive responsibly on regular roads after my tomfoolery 3 or 4 years ago. They never have anything to book me with, it's just annoying as hell constantly being pulled over.

I didn't max it out. Plus, Canadian and US Porsches have an electronic limiter at 155mph, which is 249 km/h. I'm surprised it even hit 259.
My twin-turbo V10 Volkswagen Touareg pulled hard right to 250 before it'd buck back like a rodeo horse.

I got pulled over twice for stealing my own car. They though I stole it from some 45 year old woman I guess. Then they checked the license plates and everything and found tadaaa my car. Was soo pissed.
