Passenger lock actuator sticking???

The wifey and I just picked up our 3 today super happy, however i noticed when locking the car via the keyless entry fob the passenger door does not lock. I know its not an electrical problem because i can see the lock move when i use the keyless or switch from the interior however it gets stuck midway, ive researched and this looks like a known issue but most people seem to be having an electrical issue while mine seems to be a mechanical issue..... anyone have any pointers or quick fixes??

Yeah i figured... im going to have DirectMazda fix it seeing as we had the problem right from the get go when we picked up the car, mazda has a 150 point inspection when selling a used car, power locks and keyless entry system is on that checklist but somehow this slipped past im beginning to wonder if they even did the check.

Is the keyless entry an oem or is it a third party?

Etiher way, take it back to the dealer, they probably just missed it.

OEM they dont seem like they will give me a hassle over it, sched. maintenance for friday :headbang
