Wanted to thank Joe again for the hook up on engine mount and lower control arm. Great service as always and even caught up on whats happening in and out of work.
Made sure the parts were put aside as it seems that a few 3's were getting into accidents this week and the parts were in demand.

Joe's a good person to deal with. Have picked up plenty of parts off him at MoT. Very good environment for anyone stepping in.
Great guy to deal with. Lowest price out of any Mazda dealership in the GTA for 2 front struts.
Very straight up and honest guy.
Mazda of Toronto is lucky to have a guy like Joe!

Picked up several parts from Joe over the past few weeks. Not only does he always reply quickly, he always has the best prices and always gets your order in as quick as possible. When it comes to Mazda parts, nobody is better than Joe @ MOT, noooobody!

A big thank you to Joe! I went to see Joe on Saturday to get a flipkey and I have to say... it was one of the best (if not THE best) experiences i've had at a dealership.
Joe was very friendly, kind and treated me with respect. He also took the time to program my key for me when I went there. I'm really appreciative of that.
Definitely worth the drive from Waterloo to Toronto!
Will definitely go to him again for any Mazda related parts. I recommend anyone who wants to shop for any Mazda parts to contact Joe at Mazda of Toronto! A+++ Service!

Always pleasure to deal with Joe.
Great Guy..
Just wanted to stop by here and take a few minutes to thank the team over at Mazda of Toronto for their wonderful service! Joe, Ken & Vincent. They definitely know how to treat their customers well.
I got some parts and service done today including: the passenger engine mount + install, spare switchblade key + program. I brought a cheap key from Deal Extreme which Joe offered to cut and program at the same time, but it did not work. Also, Joe helped me look up some miscellaneous items without any hesitation (engine oil and filter, cargo cover, spoiler). The pricing was excellent and they actually offered to install the engine mount at such a great rate I decided to do it on the spot (I was originally going to head over to Jimmy). That saved me another trip.
Oh and I asked for spare plate covers because mine were ugly and from another non-Mazda dealer which I got my used car from. Joe said no problem and asked his team at MoT to install them. They look great and I'm proud to have them on!
I'm definitely going back to MoT in the future and will recommend it for other Mazda owners.
Thank you!

Thanks to Joe for hooking me up with a spin-on conversion kit! Contacted him about the part earlier this week and called me this morning that the part is in.
Thanks for the quick turn around man, will be seeing you again for more OEM parts. :thumbsup

Hey guys,
I'm new to the forum here (I'm thinking hard about getting a 2012 Mazda3 Sport GS-Sky), and the Mazda of Toronto location seems like a no-brainer to me. It's literally two minutes from my house, and I've heard nothing but great things about Jeff.
My question is as such; If I start having issues with the MoT service department, would I experience issues taking my Mazda to a different dealership to get serviced? (I've heard good things about Avante Mazda, but it is much further away). I have read a couple "horror stories" here on the forums in regards to MoT service, but I'm hoping these are very rare exceptions as opposed to common occurrences.
Just looking for some reassurance :)

Make sure to speak to Ken or Vincent

Make sure to speak to Ken or Vincent
While I appreciate the advice, that doesn't really answer my question. I would try and deal with the best people at MoT right from the get-go, but I would like to have a contingency in place if things went sour. I don't imagine I will ALWAYS have Ken or Vincent working on my vehicle (if I could, that would be great, obviously).

I agree. Joe doesn't go to the forum very often to check PMs due to his busy work sched. As what Z was saying, call him at the MOT parts department. He's a good guy.

Yeah sorry about that I was either away and not thinking about work or busy. Best to call me if you don't get an immediate response.:)

Joe is no longer at MoT or any Mazda dealer .
To answer your question, with only one key, you need a dealership to program the second key.
