Well I called them today so I'm SOL right now. They said they are three months away which is a bit of a problem for me so I'm looking for other options.
I might get my current alternator re-spun but that will shorten the life and because the system I'm building will be about 6000 watts I don't know how long that will last. I'm still working at it!!!!

Sorry to the total rated power of the system will be 6000watts.
I'll never e using the full power and based on my math I think I need an alternator that's 200 amps or in that range

You are running 6000watts peaks right?
Thats about 2000RMS right?
The HO fro DC at 190AMP is at idle so itll be around 250 at high rpm so that will be good enough.
That and 2 1400 watt batts will do you fine.
My system is running 2500-3000 and i will be running that alternator and 2 1800 batts from kinetic.
Do it right and get the ALT from DC its worth the wait trust me all i hear is good things about them
