Winter Rubber & Summer Package Suggestions

I am trying to find new set for winter and winter rubber for my 16" oem rims.

Any suggestions? I need something that looks nice on a 2010 Mazda 3 black mica :S

I also want to go 17's for summer set-up. What spec is 17's supposed to be?
