It seems like we are missing some details, and sentence structure....

There has to be a reason that you were "kicked" out of the dealership. Typically I think it would be hard to be kicked out of a dealership, so I would be interested to know what was said, etc on both sides.

As cwp_sedan and Hyperion said, your post is a bit hard to understand. Here's what I got from it...

- 4 year old Mazda 3 GT lease expires on May 1st.
- You speak to the Lease Manger at MoT about buying it out before the lease expires.
- You were told the amount and things that needed to be done before you buy it out (which makes sense as even though it was you leasing it, you still need to go through the process as it is like buying a used car)
- All paper work is done on your end and you go to an appointment you setup

All seems pretty clear to that point in your post but it's here that things get confusing...

i waited over 40 minutes and he told me i can not purchase the vehicle after may first
You are trying to purchase before May 1st...why would it be changed to buying after May 1st?

he was rude and has bad manner,we end up having an argument and end up being kick out of the dealership
How/Why was he rude? How/What did he do that was bad mannered? What was the argument about? What was said? What was said/done that lead you to being kicked out? There is too little info here...

i call mazda of canada and they me it was my fault and i have to make up with the dealership or they would not release the paper to purchase the vehicle
From what you've posted, this one is hard to say. However, Mazda of Canada seems correct in that if you have an argument about something with a dealership, it's really between you and the dealership. Specially since you don't really provide info on what you were talking about and what their responses were.

Not sure anyone can help if you don't provide enough info for people to really understand the situation. And even then, not much people can do but offer advice. Would still mean you would have to try to resolve it yourself.

I'm thinking there's another lien (aside from Mazda Canada) on the vehicle that must be settled first before he can buy it out.

Only yelling I heard was from the customer. Mind you I'm in the basement and didn't see what was going on.

Okay, now the side I heard, providing this is the same client...

First some facts:

Our dealership will normally call people as their leases are coming due.. 6 months out, 2 months out, 4 weeks out.. etc

Now what I was told..

Said client recieves a call from our lease assistant to let them know that their lease is coming due soon.

Client gets Safety and E-Test done and cheque prepared for lease buyout.

Shows up at 2pm for a 4 pm appt, Leasing Manager is currently with another appt.

Client waits for him to be doen with current appt.

Lease Manager informs him that his lease is not due for over a month, in fact he still has one payment to come out.

Client refuses to pay the payment, gets upset and begins to swear at everyone around him..

He was asked to leave after swearing at our receptionist.

Poor receptionist :(

I highly doubt OP will be back to respond to this.

Is it sad that the only thing I'm REALLY curious about is what he said to the receptionist? From what I remember, she was pretty cute. If I were single I'd have tried to get her number. Jeff, how good of a wingman are you?

+1

It also could be like those other threads where someone registers, posts a bad review of sorts, and they are never to be heard from again.

I'm married, so I can't tell you that all the ladies I've seen at MoT are pretty cute.

I took my 06 back to MOT at the end of my lease without any problems at all. Yelling is the last thing I would want to do the receptionist at MOT. Lol

Why on earth would someone yell at the cute receptionist? I was there a few days back for some service (funny enough, my 07 mazda is also near the end of the lease) and it was an older lady I've never seen before...

Didn't the OP think twice before posting? He is obviously expecting response when he posted. And when he posted something negative about MOT, the detail of any incidents will get unfolded. Then, he is like asking to be bashed. Especially, he should know he is at fault at the beginning and he is the one who "was rude and has bad manner" (and not guys at MOT).

Maybe Garry Wong has problems with the English language. I am not trying to be mean or rude. I just get the vibe he didnt understand that he had time to wait to get all that stuff done. But to Gary he must have thought he had to do it right away. I dunno. OP will never come on here again. Too bad. Maybe when its time to return his car or to buy it out, we can get an update from someone at MOT?

Best part of this story is when he said go and call the police bc he kept yelling and would not calm down.

There was a Metro Police officer doing a radar trap outside right beside the sales parking lot. Customer never came back after that.

I dunno. I once had a bad incident with a dealership too, but that's because they gave me free coffee. I got a caffeine rush. Do you think OP had a similar issue? I question the validity of Mazda's hot caffeinated beverages.

With only one exception (who is no longer employed there...) I have had the best dealership experience of my life at MOT.

I likewise am married, and thusly completely blind to the attractive & personable receptionists there.

But why, oh why, has OP not returned to comment?

I hate wasting good popcorn!
