There is an armor all one that comes in a bottle that I use.....it comes with an applicator so you can apply it where you need to and theres no mess as it doesn't get all over the rim. I bought it from like Canadian Tire or walmart...was like $10-15.

Just make sure to wipe down the tires really good after you apply it

I use "More Shine Less Time" and didn't notice any spitting. Good thing with that product is that it won't dry out your tires or brown them.

For some reason it's tough to find locally. I get mine from eShine but Parts Source has it and I *believe* that NextMod may also.

I use Turtle Wax "Wet 'n' Black". Spray some on a kitchen sponge and wipe on the tire.

the best thing i have found is just traditional armour all. the original spray works best for me. never get spitting.

I use Meguiars hot shine foam. Never have a problem. Also try not to drive your car right after applying tire shine. Give it some time to dry a bit.

+1. I use the regular spray bottle and never had issues. Just make sure your applying the tire dressing evenly with an applicator and let it sit for at least 30 mins before driving off.

I've been using mcguiar gold class tire shine with an applicator for 2 years, no spits .. and it pretty long lasting.. I usually get them from the states, great price there

Hate when the tire shine sprays onto a freshly washed car. Gonna try Autoglym tire dressing tomorrow and see if it resists spraying any better than the Meguiars stuff I've used the past couple of years.

Tried the Autoglym Instant Tyre Shine yesterday and it seems to work without any spitting. Sprayed it onto a sponge then wiped on. Let the car sit for 6-7 hours before driving, I'm happy with the result.

AutoGlym instant tire dressing for me too. I use an old wax applicator, and wipe on the tire. Allow an hour or so for the stuff to even out then drive!
If you get spitting with any tire dressing, buff the excess off with an old microfiber towel.
