Greetings TM3,
I signed up just over three years ago shortly after I got my CWP 2008 GT sedan from Dave Wood Mazda. Up until this week I had a half dozen posts and spent almost all of my time lurking around and taking advantage of the great source of info that TM3 is. Anyway, finally I'm making an effort to be a semi-active member of the community!
For the most part I still love my car, particularly how it still looks modern and relevant despite the design being ~8 years old now effectively. The handling started to feel a bit sloppy of late, so I remedied that with some suspension upgrades (1.25" Road Magnet springs, Koni Sport shocks, Progress RSB) and now it handles better than ever which I'm ecstatic about. Wouldn't mind another 20-30 HP (who wouldn't), a trunk button on the key fob, or getting rid of the wheel hop. The annoying rattles on the inside drive me insane but keep me busy trying to eliminate them. Other mods include a sharkfin antenna, painted (gunmetal) badges, and gunmetal RX-8 rims.
Met my first-ever real life member (jonjon72) on Monday at Street Performance, and loved the sound of his Borla exhaust. Now I want one! Also been lusting over a PRM intake, and might consider a front lip and rear lip spoiler at some point.
