Smoked out Tail lights or OEM Clear tail lights?

I'm trying to decide whether i should smoke out my red tail lights on my 2004 mazda 3, or if i should get the OEM clear tail lights? What do you guys think? I think I'm leaning towards the OEM tail lights, but im not sure where to buy them. It's hard trying to find a whole set. What do you guys think?

I would smoke them... But I like the look of smoked tail lights

If you decide you want oem tail lights ask Peter from next mod.. I seen on face book he had a complete set of oem led tail light brand new

It comes down to how much you want to spend, imo.Smoking is cheap but don't go too dark or you'll have problems with the cops.The clear tail lights are quite expensive, but would look nicer, again imo...your choice.

Thanks for your opinions.. lol i think im gonna try and find a decent priced set of OEM clear tails, and if all else fails.. I might just have to smoke them out. lol :)

I put 2 coats of NiteShades on my oem tails, perfect amount.
Not dark enough to have police buggin me, but enough that they look darker than the rest of mazda 3's

So i ended up finding a tm3 member to buy a set of clear tail lights from and i changed them today. :) i'll take pictures soon (it was raining tonight) and show you guys. i love it though! thanks for your opinions though!

Finally got these pictures up. haha

I definitely like the clear tail lights much better. Unfortunately i have a moisture problem with the left tail light. Im hoping to fix that soon though. :)

this was my first "mod" to my car, and hopefully theres more to come soon! :)

I like the clear ones but change the turn's to red. I hate the yellow bulbs and how they yellow up the whole assembly.
