Tire Question

Hi all,

I have the following situation: I currently have RX-8 rims with Falkens ZE912 (225 40 R18), and my car is not lowered. I find that there is a lot of road noise (loud like I have winter tires) while driving. Is this normal? Your comments will be greatly appreciated.

Falkens are noisy. If you did a search you would find that a lot of members feel the same way.

I have the same tires as well they are a bit noisy, I can't say the same that they wear fast... really depends on how you drive it. At the end of the day you get what you pay for. :.02

The Falkens are generally quiet, but get louder as they wear, or if they wear unevenly.
