Remote Door Unlocking (keyfob)

I have a 2006 Mazda3i with power locks. The dealer I got it off of lost my keys and I am not sure if it came with a keyfob.

I was wondering if it was possible to get a keyfob that is compatible with my car and program it without having any other keyfobs at hand?

I would go back to the dealership and request an additional key set, they may request a fee, but compare an aftermarket one to the dealer price to see who's offering a deal.

Ohh no, sorry if I was not clear!

I am wondering about the remote keyless entry keyfob, not the actual keys.

The dealer got new keys cut (two) as well as a single master that only opens up doors and the trunk, but won't start the car, so that's not the issue.

Yes, maybe it is a cut key, but not programmed? I am not sure what to call it!
