Automatic Tranny Flush?

Hello... I need to do a Tranny Flush on my 2.3L Automatic Hatch...

Just wondering if anyone has done this themselves and how easy was it?

How many litres of Tranny Fluid do I need? And is there a filter I would need to buy as well?

ive done it, its easy as hell...... time consuming and myne got a lil messy

no filters, i bought two 5 litre canisters most of the first one is used to flush both the pan and torque converter, but mostly the torque converter.
