whats up guys? I have an 07 mazda 3 gt sedan with the stock 17's on right now...Im really getting some feelings for the mazdaspeed 3 1st gen 18's...was wondering if anyone has done this or knows anyone whos done this? and would I come across any problems if i were to make the change...any info would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Quite a few of members have done this, it is one of the easiest, quickest, and nicest mods one can do to their Mazda3. The only problem is that you will want to end up lowering your car after you've done this mod (re: wheel gap).

only difference I would assume is a slight change in the accuracy of your speedometer if you're car is setup for 17" (someone correct me if I'm wrong)


Edit: have a look at this: http://www.onlineconversion.com/bigger_tires.htm

input your Stock size, the Size you want to go to, then whatever speed. then it'll calculate the "Actual speed" with the new tires

thanks guys for the info...really appreciate it...nows the hard part....trying to find someone selling these bad boys because im pretty sure if i were to go to a dealer they're gonna charge me an arm and a leg
