Rust On Roof

I have rust on my roof. Its 2-3 inches behind my moon roof, very small, bubbled underneath and turning brown. im currently still covered for Mazda's rust warranty and have alrdy started the process for getting my vehicle looked at.I just wanted to know what my options are.... if any one wants a pic of what im talking about ill post one.
