Caska 3635 and Ipod problems

I recently purchased the Caska 3635 with the latest menu structure. Now I am having problems with the IPOD hookup. I think I read somewhere that this deck does not support the Iphone 3GS through the cable.

I tried my wifes Ipod touch 16g and it does not detect it either. Am I missing something or is this unit only compatible with the older models?

Figured it out, apparently you need to restart the deck with the ipod connected so it will recognize it.

Done and Done!
