SLC Promotions along with Tires for Less will be hosting a Charity Car Show for The Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. There will be trophies, Dyno, Girls and FUN.

Just to expand on whats going on, we will have live entertainment, SPL and Show and Shine competition, Duck Curry & Tassa Competition, Trophys. Did I mention GIRLS! Food, Raffel Giveaways, Vendors, Drift Demo... The list goes on and on. It will be a fun day. Gates open at 11am. August 7th @ the Corner of Hwy 7 & Weston Rd. (Old Al Pallidini building) $20 per car registration for all car club members. A portion of the proceeds will support the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.

What is the "SPL Competition" ?
SPL = Sound Pressure Level
It's a measurement of sound (dB). So it's part of an audio competition on who has the loudest stereo. :)

Don't think I will go to this anymore. Seems the charity portion is not going to be very prominent. "A portion of the proceeds will support the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation." so they could get $1 or $1000 it is up to the organizers. Just seems like another cash grab show.
