AJAX MAZDA!!!!!

Hey guys I know i posted this in another thread to but I figured id put it under the Dealer one too !

I just purchased my mazda and after getting it the rust started to show its ugly head. This is what made me search the internet to see if it was a common problem with 3's and it lead me to this forum!

So to the point I took my car to Ajax Mazda to get them to file a claim for me for the rust warranty. The man there said that my car was a few months out of warranty(my 3 is an 06 but the delivery date was in 05) but he was still willing to take the pics and file the claim for me regardless. He sent me away saying he would try his best but he could not make promises. I was very impressed by how I was treated and how he took the time to show me what would be covered and what wouldnt be.

Then two days later.... I get a phone call from the same gentleman saying that I was approved and that my car can go in next week!


After reading and hearing about all the horror stories trying to get Mazda to honor this warranty i was estatic to see that mine came so easy.

I completely encourage the drive to ajax if they treat you like i was treated.

They served you quickly and positively because of some recent and prior bad press from several members of this site.Whom did get thier situations rectified I believe.Plus Mazda Canada extended the rust warranties on the early models to six years...So Ajax did not do you any favors...But nice to see your getting your car fixed pronto.

I'm a newbie in this forum and just wanted to give you feedback that my recent experience with my recent purchase of a mazda3 sport from Ajax Mazda was nothing short of very good. The GM Brad and the Finance Manager Solomon was extremely professional and great to deal with. I'm still waiting for delivery in the next 2 days but so far so good.

I had a very bad experience with them... I went to ajax mazda after i totaled my old car...The salesman i spoke to was full of shit, and kept giving me the run around. Ive dealt with this dealership before with another sales person and wasnt satisfied, the only reason i went back was they were the only dealership i could find with a red speed6. Every problem he said he would get fixed didnt get fixed. After getting approved for financing, they had an issue with the ownership resulting the car sitting there for 2 weeks. The car was sitting in their lot for a few months and its just frustrating to have them fix the issue after someone had bought it. Got the General Manager involved who ended up getting me a rental car for about a week, nice, but still not happy. Had to bring back the car 3 times to get my front left wheel fixed, and they washed my car twice with a brush when i specifically asked for no car was, and left water spots all over the car making it dirtier than before. Overall, terrible experience resulting in many drives back and forth to ajax from oshawa, and treatment from several departments :flaming

I bought my '06 3 from Ajax in April 2010 and the young sales rep was Great! (I forget her name) I've not had to take the car back for service though, I can do my own oil. before I picked it up they told me they'd do the brakes (which by eye didn't need to really be done) picked up the car, and pads/rotors all round were done!

I find that there sales and parts department are great. However, I am not impressed with the service department at all

bought my Speed6 in Jan of last year.... sales side was a good experience (I beleive the saleslady was Samantha)... service...well the car needed new brakes all around for certification, they put new pads and rotors, but a day or two into having the car I found out that the left rear caliper was siezed and dragging the brake. The service dept wasn't able to take the car in right away and at the time this vehicle was a daily driver. I ended up reseating the brake caliper myself and fixing the issue. Later in the summer when putting track pads on all around, I discovered that the rear pads on the other side of the car were not installed properly...jeez.

Speedsilver just curious... was the red speed6 the one with aftermarket rims on it...black leather interior? When I bought mine in Jan 2010 I saw both a red one and the black one that I ended up buying.

Yeah mine was the red one, and i saw that black one before, also missed 2 speed3s, one red and one black

i want the stock rims back too lol the tires on it spin in 3rd gear!!!!

ya, one of the main reasons I went with the black one was the OEM rims and the lower KM's
