Hey,

I had my service done at QEW Mazda on Thursday June 30th 2011. I needed to get an oil change as well as a coolant flush done on my rx8.

Overall the experience was outstanding. I got all the questions i had answered, friendly service, great coffee, satellite TV (Drew Carey will never replace Bob Barker), and a parking lot full of the new 2011s.

I was able to get a few things fixed on the car without labor charge, such as front bumper tightened and new screws added to the license plate.

The wait was longer than expected, but that was my own fault. The car was too low for the jack i had an appointment on. I highly appreciate that they did not put my car on the jack, but instead notified me that my car was too low, rather than attempting to lift the car and possibly damaging the side skirts. I would rather have my car in perfect condition than serviced fast. Once the car was lifted, the oil change and coolant flush were actually performed much quicker than i had anticipated.

The friendly, speedy and caring service is the reason i will be bringing my car to QEW Mazda for the rest of its lifetime. If anyone is thinking about bringing their car to this dealership, I would highly recommend it. It is completely worth the drive.

Cheers!

As many here have already pointed out, it really is worth the drive to QEW! :)

Just had my 1 yr service performed. Supplied my own syn. motor oil and got the manual transmission fluid changed to syn. as the same time - brought my own Redline MTL.

Katie and the crew were awesome and happily tended to my questions. What else is there to say - great lounge. great cookies. great service.

In addition to completing the work in less time, I was presented with full documentation, including a proper inspection report and complimentary car wash! The 15% TM3 discount was honoured without hesitation as well. Needless to say, my MoT plates covers are off and have been replaced with QEW's. :D

Highly recommended and will be back for future servicing.

Thanks QEW.

Heard today that Tiffany is not longer with QEW Mazda. Anyone know what happened or where she is going?

Correct. She is no longer here.

As most of you know I have been very focused on customer service since taking over the dealership and getting involved with the forums years ago. Although we have all worked hard to develop a great reputation over that time, it has been a Team effort. This is a great opportunity for us to once again raise the bar even higher over the next few months!

Stay tuned and feel free to email the Service Team or myself directly.

Wow.. majorly disappointed. She's one in a million.
But it's true the whole team there is exceptional. I'll be seeing you within the next few weeks for my oil change.

Lets really see how high the bar can be raised now you have a new service Manager???? I was very disappointed in the politics at your dealership from the top not naming names!
