having a couple of issues with my car

Firstly, my flex pipe is busted and ive been searching endlessly for the part and it seems like they dont sell flex pipes by itself...is this so? and secondly there's a ticking noise happening at very low speeds..so for example if the car rolling it starts ticking then once it picks up speed it goes away...anyone heard of this before? Help would be greatly appreciate, thanks.

For the flex pipe, any custom exhaust shop should be able to fix.

As for the ticking, I'd inspect your tires for a stone or nail. Hopefully it is a stone.
