It seems like days. Took my car in for an oil change and recall service - waiting over an hour for the driver. Avante - this is bbbbaaaddd. There is no reason for this. Its a 3 hour job and a 1/3 was spent waiting for your ride.
Ps - sent from the avante waiting area - 70 minutes and going ( its a 15 min ride)

Hey Jnezon. I would like to apologize for the long wait. We have two shuttle vehicles and unfortunately they were both out and were stuck in traffic; which we have no control over. That is no excuse though and we should have given you an explanation while you were here. Our Service Manager will be contacting you personally for this inconvenience and we hope to continue having you as our valued client.

They're very nice people at Avante. It's hard to stay mad at them every time they do something like this! :D

Well, I received my car, finally.
But the number of problems I encountered was absurdly high, and I had to intervene frequently to ensure things actually got done.
I will leave a comprehensive review shortly, despite my telling them that I would prefer to not leave a review at all, normally preferring instead to offer constructive criticism in the form of actionable advice. However, when I came to really see the internal dynamics of that dealership, it became clear that there's no advice I can give.
They're all very affable people. But nothing will ever change at that dealership.

All Contractual Obligations were met with Respect to Drey2011 directly by a 16 Year Avante Senior Manager.
Any and All Defamatory and Slanderous Comments That Will Lead To Avante's Harm Will Be Dealt With Professionally.

Ok, this isn't a friggin' courtroom.
If there are any "slanderous" comments that hurt the "Avante" name, then deal with it. Either explain your side of the story and let the members decide whether or not to continue trusting the dealership, or take legal action. In my opinion, your comments as innocent as you might think they are, make you look like a bully, and I doubt people will want to deal with a dealership like that.

You know what? I looked at what I wrote here, and I have a gut feeling of how this may possibly be defamatory. I wish to formally retract the statement that "nothing will ever change at that dealership." That's not necessarily fair of me to say. The people at Avante are very friendly, and I have no evidence to believe they're not well-meaning. In my particular case, I encountered an extreme number of errors that were very frustrating, and I had to intervene a lot. However, I stand by my statement that I believe there is no constructive criticism that I can offer that can serve to improve their business so that my experience would not be repeated with another customer. I do not expect another customer to necessarily have an experience like my own in the future, of course.
