So after almost 2 years and an accident, it seems like my beloved 12" pioneer premier has gone capoots... this morning on the way to work wasnt getting any deep bass from it all but i still seem to get the higher bass???
Does anyone have any suggestions with this?? gonna do a full unhook and rehook and hope maybe something came loose....
thanks :)

check your amp settings? maybe you changed the filters to cut off and only play highs?

:hijack smiley :chuckle sorry. Similar question about the amp settings.. Would you lose them from disconnecting the battery? I realized the settings in the deck went kapoof.

Depending on the AMP the settings are little dials there aren't too many amps with electronical settings.
All of the main settings are done at the deck and if that looses power (disconnecting the battery) then they all get reset.
