lol, yes seriously. I cannot buy stuff off ebay, I don't have a credit card. And have had bad experiences with PayPal. If I were to go to walmart or Crappy tire to get them, they will cost me like over 20 bucks a pop.

Well then there is your dilemma. I've never had any problems with Paypal or Ebay that were significant but I know some people have. I would still go the Ebay route. Especially for $1-5.
