I was doing my yearly 24,000km on my 2011 Mazda. I specifically asked them whether tire rotation is included and they said yes. When the car was ready, I took it home and noticed that they didnt rotate my tires. My tires had half the tread on the front compared to the rear when i checked it the other day, and it stayed the same even after the service. I called multiple times, but i could not reach the service department so I just drove back because they probably knew i was calling to complain.
When I got back to Agincourt Mazda, I spoke to the service desk and he called out the mechanic who did the service to my car and asked him whether he rotated my tires or not. We all saw each other face to face and the mechanic kept insisting that he rotated it. I caught his bluff and knew he was a lying bastard. At least he could have said he forgot or make up so other excuse. Saying that he did rotate it when he didn't is just wrong. I'll be looking at the manual to find the air filter that he "apparently" replaced to see whether it was actually done or not.
Now, i don;t even think they even checked the brakes, or lubed the rails because he would have taken the tires off to check the brake lines and rails so the tires would have been rotated.. Total cost was about $350 for BS service.. Never taking my car into Agincourt again. An old coworker recommends QEW Mazda or independent, So I'll go that route now.
