Problems with ventilation system on 2009 Mazda 3 (manual climate)

Hi,

Has anyone noticed such an issue with manual climate on Mazda 3, 2009: when the air flow direction is set into position “to face only”, noticeable amount of air blows from the floor vents as well? Is it normal behavior?
