QEW failed to solve my fuel in the oil problem not due to inexperience or have properly trained staff but due to the service managers refusal to have a diagnostic test performed on my car that I was willing to pay for that would of shown fault! Maybe new management will bring better resolutions to customers problems! I know my 2010 MS3 was an anomaly but now that it is solved we know that it is not case as all DISI motors could experience this.

Would I still service my car at this dealership Hell yah!! They are that good at everything that one managerial error should not slight them in any way.

He dresses flashy. He seems to be busy every time I want to introduce myself. Oh well

Hope my comment didn't come out of context:

Mind you I attempt to introduce myself but hes either on the phone, with a customer or quickly walking somewhere. so in a way i dont blame him nor bother him to talk.

This was my first impression about him.. Im sure he is a good person to talk to, its probably bad timing.

Dont let this discourage you from trying to have issues resolved.

Actually I met him the other day when I took my car in to have a noise on the front checked out and he introduce himself to me plus he even went out in the rain with the tech and me to hear what the tech had to say about the noise, I was suspecting wheel bearings but is my front right tire that is cupped from being lowered and not rotating in schedule.

Regarding your concern tester11, i dont see how rear brakes could go from $700 to $1200 unless there could be another item involved ( calipers, brake lines, etc). if you would be as so kind to pm me your information so i can look into this and try to resolve this issue.

thanks everyone again for your feed back if there is anything you need pm me, call me, txt me, or bbm me, which ever is easier for you!

RTEnthusiast, let me know when you are ready for that detailing, i remember you were interested in booking two cars, just tell me when!

I think it is time for the QEW pres to step up and and do what it takes to get John Boot to the next level! Had John been given free reign to help me my problem would of been solved back in feb 2011. But since everyone above johns level had other more important things to worry about, like insure thier relationship with MCI over a customers was taken care of first! John Boot become manager already your one of the only things that makes QEW great!!!!

I left QEW Mazda almost a Year ago, beacuse of issues with my car from only a simple oil change.
I'm still waiting for Jason to call me back to discuss. It's disapointing, I don't think I would buy another Mazda because of it. It's sad cause I like the Mazda Style.

Gary,
That's ridiculous. I called you several times and we spoke about this and the Mercedes you bought when your lease was up. You have my cell phone number and can call or text me anytime.

Calling out your customers like this doesn't look good on your dealership. Why not call him now and leave a voicemail, then tell him he's ridiculous if he doesn't get back to you.

Obviously he has been waiting for you to return his last call.

I'm not calling him out. Gary and I have been friends for years and I was hoping that a friend would call me on my cell. I called him to work things out.

Lol. I thought John ('Booter') was the service manager at QEW. If not, then he should be, or at least be a service manager somewhere. I've haven't been on much of late, but was at QEW earlier this year on two occasions. I can't speak highly enough of John's professionalism and attitude. Wish all service advisors and managers were cut from the same cloth.
