Intermittant cyl 2 miss fire???? help!!!

Hey guys i'm totally new to forums but anyways i have an 07 speed3 with a cp-e TBE, cp-e FMIC, forge bpv, mazdaspeed CAI, COBB AP stage 2 FMIC v1.08 and every once in a while for the last week when under boost it will miss and flash a cyl 2 miss fire i tried switchinfg coil packs and plugs and still the same problem... running NGK laser iridiums. its wierd bacause the car will run fine for a few hours then out of the blue will miss?? and advice???? i have a data long open on exel on my mac but cant figure out how to get it posted on this thread could use some help with that 2 haha im better with a wrench than i am with a computer.

Mazdaspeed cai version 1 or 2? Should upgrade ur fuel pump to Hpfp before mapping on stage 2?? I'm not too sure. Best to ask fobio or fastdude (speed experts).

ok and im not sure on the intake??? its not a short ram the filter is behind my drivers side tire with a splash gaurd on it and i have heard about upgrading the fuel pump its holding above 1700 psi at WOT. i will do it soon anyways it is next on my list
