hydrocarbons and alcohols are two different chemical structures. I wouldnt assume tape good for gas would be good for alcohols.

ie fuel systems not suited for e85

True Enough guess even with 10% ethanol blends it won't break down... They are bound to make a tape for Alcohols tho... How about the Jegs Thread Sealant Maybe that would work?

Its been months since I last updated my build thread. I took a break from forums in general to focus on work and development of other things.

In the mean time, lots has happened, unhappened, broken, replaced etc.

Here's a log from my drive to work today. This is on Ultra 94 and I won't be pushing for more power until I layer on meth which hopefully will be ready to go in 2 weeks.

Yeah. I gotta dial that back some and add timing. The compressor map says I'm pretty close to the surge line at that flow and pressure ratio. Too bad because I could spool this thing even quicker!

Is that secondary to head work?

I just have to say, this is one of the most daring builds I've ever seen. Good luck Dave, and hopefully it all goes well. :thumbsup
