What's up with my beam pattern here?

You mean just not clipped in correctly? Drivers side is the only issue

Alright I will try to re-seat the bulb...hopefully that's it. Can anyone else confirm?

It was the seating of the bulb, if anyone has similar issues...They seat in on an angle, not parallel with the ground.
