2011 mazda 3 OEM wheel rim paint ripping off? the silver paint on the rims is already ripping from the sides like rubber. i have around 12000 km on it.... does warranty cover this?

Take it back to the dealer, but make sure it's not curb rash from yourself.

If its just paint and like ^^ Takumi said not curb rash, they should cover it under warranty as it is defective.

that is curb rash... if anything, just paint all of the wheels with plastidip to a colour you do like. :D

just go c the dealer, but again, an easy and cheap fix is plastidip.

It could be just dirt...did you try cleaning it?

I know last week i had my oem rims(winter rims) demounted and cleaned and remounted cause they were losing air and when they gave them back to me it looked the same as yours...i was supper pissed untill i realized it was black from their machine

As mentioned, if you just had tires mounted/unmounted, it could be the ruberized sealant they use to help seal the bead onto the wheel.

ive got a sepeate set of snow rims/tires never tires taken off these OEM rims... i will be asking dealer my next oil change...
