Running a OTS Stage II tune.

Current engine mods include HPFP, DP, SRI, Forge V2.

Just curious from the resident pros if anything looks off. Still trying to figure out if I want to give tuning a go or use the services of one of the sponsors. Only did the one run and apologies for the log starting a little higher in the rev range.

*hopefully I managed the attachments properly........most likely no.

You need to change your AP to standard units.

Alright was able to do some runs on dry patch of road. Was able to complete a full 3rd (log4) gear run and went for a 4th (log5), but chickened out a little early.

Kind of curious/concerned about the amount of knock in the 3rd gear run when starting off.

Post up your map as well. Let's have a look.

kudos for trying!

your 3rd gear log highlights a problem: the KR at the beginning of your log could've been due to a number of things. do you knock that high regularly? should not have been a traction issue...were you turning?

your 4th gear log, as I have suspected from the first log you originally posted, is fine...boring and fine...just the way an OTS map is....lol...of course, usual suspects: running quite rich, MAF need calibration...but lots of room for more boost and power.

From your g/s, Bluestreak and I are pretty sure you're running 91 octane?

no guts no glory!

you didn't wuuss out that much in the 4th gear. still made it to about 5700 rpm. Your foot wasn't completely planted tho. The highest throttle position I saw was I think 72%

I ain't opening it again, cuz it crashed my mac. I'll leave it to the pros to comment.

The KR issue is an odd one. It doesn't happen all the time, but normally in 3rd gear if holding around 2500-3000 rpm it does it......loud enough to hear. Both runs were done totally straight and no apparent wheelspin. Tune is on 91 oct.

Thanks all for responding and at least letting me know everything looks 'good'. Looking forward to the next tuning session for sure!

I am only concerned with looking for the bare necessities, the simple bare necessities and forgeting about my worries and my strife.

Big thanks to MSpeed and APH for the dyno day. Best run was 254 hp @ 5359 and 278.8 lbft @ 3589 rpm. Didn't quite hit where I was expecting, but after talking with the MSpeed group will start more logging to see how the car is performing and eventually tune for more power.

And a thanks to fast-dude for some tuning advice.
