After a year of looking around I finally decided to go with a Mazda 3. I purchased my first new vehicle a Mazda 3 Sport GS in Graphite. After lurking the forums for quite some time I decided to shoot Gautam of Avante Mazda an email. He agreed to deal over email since I lived kind of far, and was unable to visit on weekdays. After several back and forth emails and shopping around I decided to go in and speak to Gautam. After some more discussion we went with the car with the moonroof. I couldn't be happier.

At first glance Avante looks like a good dealership, friendly reception, clean dealership, nice cars. After sitting down with Gautam he couldn't be more friendly. He wasn't uptight, also wasn't dressed formal which was cool, didn't want some suit anyways ;P. During our discussion he was very up front (including the emails) about the model and colors I was looking for. I was originally not looking for the moonroof and was going with white, but was told upfront that it would be hard to find, before even signing anything! Gautam nor Abraham (Assistant Manager) never pressured us for extended warranty or anything of that sort. Gautam made some recommendations and mentioned extended warranty and such but no form of pressure what so ever. After discussing the trade-in, which I feel we got a good deal for, we took the deal.

Our next experience was with Lorrie, the Financial Services Manager. First impression was good! She was friendly, her desk was organized, and she didn't pressure for the extended warrenty or anything. She gave us information and brochures on the additional services we could get, standard for all dealers, and that was it.

After a couple days when we went to sign the final papers and pickup the car, once again Lorrie was prepared with all the paper work. Gautam and Lorrie started off by showing us the prepared car, trying to trick me into thinking I bought the sedan (same trim/color parked beside my car), nice try ;). They proceeded to replace the plates and Gautam proceeded to explain a couple features, although I told him he could show me it all but there was no need, I was going to read the manual over and over and do it all my self anyways :).

Even after everything was signed Gautam and Lorrie were still friendly, none of that cold detachment we got when we bought an Elantra 5 years ago.

All in all Avante Mazda pleased my family, we were happy with the car we got, happy with the way Gautam, Abraham and Lorrie dealt with us.

Ofcourse, here are some pictures. Will post more since it was dark out.

I called avante mazda for a rust repair on my 2005 mazda 3 and said they wouldn't repair it. Stated I was out of my warranty period in May 2011. I would have gone before but I was unavailable at that time.

I got my rust repaired last year and it already came back :@

Since I got two mazda and I heard great things about avante that maybe they will help me but sending me to a shop for me to get it repair really doesn't want me to get a mazda again or go back to avante mazda!

My parents bought a Mazda Protege from Avante in 2006, they didnt tell me why they liked Avante so much but they did like them and had a great experience with them from what they did tell me.
