Hey guys,
Looking for your expert advice here. For the first time, I am thinking of getting some winter tires for my 2008 Mazda 3 Sedan. I only do city driving and I managed to get by in the past. I only had two incidents where I got stuck going up a hill! :(
Would you guys be able to tell me where I can get decent winter tires at a reasonable price? Should I also get rims or just tires? I have regular black steel rims right now. I don't necessarily have to buy new ones just for winter...
Anyways, any advice would be much appreciated!
Thanks Mazda lovers.

The prices our sponsors provide are very competetive or better. I'd use the steel wheels you have now for winter and get some nice rims for the summer.

across the border in buffalo or detroit (i.e. discount tire, tire rack etc.), if you have the time. otherwise check out the sponsors or classifieds section.

It's getting to that point isn't it...I see they are building a newer bigger Costco in Ancaster and I hear they are tearing down the old one for a Costco gas station?

Go for tires is a pretty good place, they get packed soon so do your research on tires. Generally just give shops a call and ask what they have, do some research and go from there.
