My appointment is 11am and i still see my car in the lot
I Have no idea how much longer i am going to have to wAit.

I have been hearing the noise from the trunk and i carry nothing in thr trunk
I bouught this car with low exPectancy as my daily beater but this is not acceptable noise not some small rattle noise that i can live with this happens every tuurn every bump

Everyone whos been in my car says they thought i have something rolling in the trunk but i got nothing in there no loose spare tire or tools nothing

This is my fourth visit to get this fixed and i think ive been patient enough
Today is my another fourth saturday ruined by this shitty car and service i wish there is some kind of lemon law like the one in the states

Itis now 12;40pm itsbeen 1hr 40mins still in the lot
****... Got no idea whay i should do just sell this ****ing mazda and never look back?

Very good chance that the service advisor is not going to see this post.

I might suggest asking them how long this is going to take..

What other issues are you having that makes this a shitty car?

because he has a shitty phone as well.

get a BB. it has full keyboard, and judging from your typing, you need it.

Saying that mazda is a shitty car is a little extreme, however having a noise coming from your trunk that after 4 visits still can't get sorted out would drive anyone insane.

hopefully it gets sorted out man.

Now 1:30 pm and 2.5hrs since i walked in this morning
Icouldnt see my car in the lot so i asked where it is since i wanted the roadtest with the mechanic just to make sure i get this fixed this time. The guy says they are waiting for the car to "cool down" wtf.. Is this some kind of a sick joke? Its been sitting in the lot this entire time

finally walked out the dealership at 2pm. The mechanic did hear the noise, but not sure what's causing it... so they want me to leave the car with them for 3~4 hrs so they can tear apart the trunk.

To get this answer, I had to wait there for 3 hrs today (not to mention 4 visits) How long could have the roadtest taken? When I walked in this morning i was expecting to walk out with the problem solved in less than 3 hrs.

Hpefully the 5th visit will solve the problem. oh yeah... they refused to work on my car on saturday because they are too busy. I guess i am not a customer to them anymore. I don't know what ii am going to have to tell my boss to take a day off.

Why don't you drop the car off, and have the courtesy shuttle take you to and from work ?

FYI, Saturday's is the wrong time to be waiting for a job like this. Best to leave it and come back later on.

It's unfortunate that on Saturday pretty much every car in the shop is a waiter. Why not drop it off on a weekday and get shuttled to work or subway dropped? Leave it with service all day to get your issue looked at properly.

Do you need your car for your job? Take the carbon before work , I think MoT opens at 7:30am, then pick up at the end of the work day. Should not be overly complex....

Personally after the second visit and them not being able to find anything, I would have gone to another dealership. As for your long wait time for your appointment, that does suck but going to a dealership on a saturday I know I'm going to be waiting.

As for your work problem, drop the car off early on a thursday and then pick it up. Thursdays dealerships are always open til 8 or 9

Oddly enough, MoT service is only open until 6pm Monday to Friday...

I don't know what you mean by "a job like this". How long could the roadtest take? 5 or 10 mins? I didn't just walk in without the appointment. I've been servicing my car at MOT, all my services were on saturday every time. I know saturday is a busy day, but it's never taken them more than 1.5 hrs to change my engine oil. But the roadtest today? 3 hrs waiting. I saw many customers who had come later walked out earlier than me. Was I ignored because the "job like this" wouldnt bring them any money? Thats how I feel.

Yeah but the sales floor is open til 9pm. Every dealership Ive gone to after the service is closed, the sales recepitist will still release your car and process the bill and payment

Yes I should have. but they said they fixed something during my 1st and 2nd visits. I am not sure if this is some kind of suspension related issue. I did the roadtest after the 3rd visit, and didn't hear the noise. (maybe its got seomething to do with putting the car on the lift?) The noise was gone for a day or two after every visit and came back.

Forgot to tell you one thing. They wanted me to sign up for the annual service ($298) which i didnt even have an appointment for. They have time for that but not even 10 mins for what my car was initially booked for? Tell me how i am supposed to feel. Furthermore my car is only 9mths old. What annual service again?
