Maple Mazda got a good bashing a few weeks back, so I thought I'd offer some balance with my recent visit.
I went in last week to have the tires stripped off two sets of wheels.
I wanted the winter tires taken off my steelies, and put on my stock Mazda3 alloys. Then I wanted the stock all-seasons from my alloys tossed out.
Now if you had to read that twice, you'll understand that I expected something to go wrong when I dropped off the 8 wheels early one morning. And better yet, I planned to pick everything up after work - well after the shop closed.
Disaster - right? Well actually, not at all.
As promised, the service advisor Larisa had my wheels and tires waiting in the bay. The winters were mounted as requested, and the tech had taken the time to do a tread depth check to ensure the directional tires were mounted properly.
My free service period on my 2010 M3 is now over, but I will continue to get her serviced at Maple Mazda. That's saying something, because I'm as picky and miserable as they come.
