I've searched and searched. Both online and in stores.
Where do you guys buy your 3M tape. I need to reattach a rain visor after my car got broken into and can't find the damn stuff.
Preferably in and around the Woodbridge area. I'd prefer to not go to markham for tape.

Canadian Tire. IT is not in the automotive section though, rather in the paint/hardware area.

Really. I'm after being to 5 CTs no one could answer that for me. I even just call it 3M double sidled tape. I got some crappy trimbrite tape but don't think its gonna work.
On my way to the one on Rutherford. I'll let you know how it goes.

3M Exterior Mounting Tape
Product # 67-6065-2

This is the only stuff you should be using and it doesn't come in any other sizes from CT.

Perfect. Exactly what I got.

Thanks again guys.

Can you believe that earlier today I was standing in the BONDO isle and the parts girl at CT actually told me they don't carry ANY 3M products at CT. that its more for industry.
I didn't even bother pointing out that BONDO is 3M.

Thanks again.

You should go back there, pick up the tape, find the girl who told you that and ask her if this is not by 3M, then who makes it? And then see what her response is.

I'm very curious to know what her reply to that will be.

Home Depot also supplies all sorts of 3M tape (including the one Ryan posted) in the paint section. Not sure if your still looking for a place.

I was actually going to point out all the 3M products we were right beside. All the BONDO and yes 3M masking tape.
I didn't bother, for the reasons Jeff pointed out. I just went to a different CT.
Last week I had someone at another CT argue my paint code with me. He was actually getting snotty. He said " I've been working with cars for 20 years i know paint codes, 16w is not a paint code". So I took a picture of my paint code and showed it to him didn't even get a sorry or you were right. "Just I can't help you. We don't carry that"

I usually try and grab the oldtimers, they usually are better help.

Btw Jeff I'll be comin to MOT sometime soon for touch up paint. My car has so many chips I'll probably need a respray next summer.
