Speedometer not working properly

So after getting my car back i had a problem with my Speedometer. Twice it wasn't showing the correct speed and eventually just sit and wiggle around 40 Km/h but i'm going much faster then that.

When i turn off the car and turn it back on it's fine. But this has happened twice in one week, and is a bit concerning.

Any idea's what is causing this?

I got ABS but the light is on. I'm heading tot he mechanic to look into it later this week when i can get time off

then that's probably the problem
the speedometer runs off the ABS sensors
