Made an appointment for a 4 wheel alignment. Took my car in and was told that it would take an hour, so went to the waiting area and waited ... and waited ... and waited. 2 hours passed so I finally went to see what was happening. Service advisor asked me to go into the garage with him and proceeds to show me my car on the hoist and point out that one of my struts is leaking and telling me that I need to replace both front struts and the braces. I asked him about the wheel alignment and he says "Oh, we haven't done it yet ... we are running behind, but don't worry we won't charge you for it". That's priceless, he won't charge me for something he never did !! They knew when I arrived that they were running almost 2 hours behind and didn't bother to tell me.

So I wasted 2 hours and they did was put my car on the hoist and they didn't even do the service they were supposed to do. What a waste of time !!

That sucks you had to wait so long with little to work actually done but I never expect to get the car back in the time they say. Dealers are usually behind. If they say you have an appointment at 8am, come back at 5pm lol.

Agincourt is no worse in regards to this happening than any other dealership.

they should inform if there's a delay.
