you will need otc part # 303-507 and 303-465 They retail for about $50-60 bucks retail in total.

I heard something about OTC 303-1416 too;All I need to do is to replace the pulley and I know that the bolt must be torqued to 70 ftpd + 90 degrees. Can I do the 90 degrees without holding the pulley?
Also, who sells these tools ?

Best to just go to a good parts store and ask if they have listings for the tools.

YES you must replace the bolt every time you take it off......and NOOOOOO you cannot do the last 90 degree's without holding the pulley. It is best a two person job
