Rattle! Help

Alright, so ive dynamted my entire truck, license plate and im still getting alot of rattling. The rattle is coming from the inside behind the head rest(where you can hook up a car seat)
Has anyone found a solution to fixing this rattle?

I did that once. Works great. BUT DONT DO IT!!!

Long story short, if a spark causes it to catch on fire, youre going to have a hell of a time trying to put it out. Basically, the fire gets into all the little air bubbles and goes through from the inside out, making it nearly impossible to get at it with just a fire extinguisher.
