Went to Avante last Saturday for my annual service went straight home after. I didn't go out on Sunday or even drive the car over the week end other than going for the service.
Monday comes I check under the hood found out that they did not fill up the coolant and my brake fluid to max then go to the trunk and found about 1-2 inches on the bumper.
Then went back to Avante today and talked to service manager and told me that they can't do anything about the scratch and he just gave me a business card for BMC to ask a
qoute to paint my car and pay on my own. About the fluids he told me they can fill up the coolant and brake fluid if I wanted too... I was so disappointed so I left.
Never gonna go back on this place again!:flaming
