I Bought in July a eurovision hid conversion kit (serial: bhidh7)
for my Mazda 3 gt sport 2007 I got it installed by a friend who works for mazda. The color is nice but the problem is that I think the light are not powerful enough. I see some mazda with 8000k and I need to let them pass on highway because there hid are really intense blue but not mine I don't know if its because of the brand eurovision I'm really interesting to know if someone has a mazda 3 hatchback like mine with hid and help me to buy or modify mine thank

this is my mazda :

and this is what I see on road with other cars:

So what you are saying is you want to look like a ricer?

The higher the kelvin rating, the less light you are going to get. A 10,000k rated HID kit is probably more of what you are looking for to get more of a blue colour, even though they are useless.

And blinding to others on the road.

You're saying the colour is nice, but the lights aren't bright enough; then you show an example where the lights aren't really brighter, but more blue. If you want more visible light, you should have gone closer to 4300k instead of 8000k.

if you put HIDs in a halogen reflector (like on a civic), yes that will be blinding. 8k is going to be pretty darn bright, and while it may not throw as many lumens in the road as a 4300k, it's still going to be miles better than your stock halogens, and much more useful than some ricer civic scattering purple light in everyone's eyes.

putting HID's on high beams is pointless...on fogs..well everyone has HID fogs..well most people lol

the reason your headlights aren't as blinding as others is because you have projectors in headlights unlike civics or corollas, which is a good thing! so take out your nice projector mazda headlights and put in some cheesy civic headlights and you will be as blinding as all the other ricers on the road.
