Bought my car at the old location and have not yet been to the new location for service. Has anyone else? I suspect the it has improved, at least from a decor perspective :cool, but would like to hear from others before heading back for my 24K service.

^ They recently moved from their old location on Dundas St (which was a little bigger than a chalet), to their new Consumers Drive location which is in line with Mazda's corporate image.

I took my car in for its first oil change there back in November and had a good experience. Service was really quick, the car was in and out in 20 mins.

I bought my 2005 Mazda 3 Sport from the old Whitby Mazda location 3 years ago and had what was possibly the worst dealer experience I ever had in my life. I recently decided to purchase a new 2012 Mazda 3 Sport (GS-Skyactive w/ Luxury package) from them and I have to say, 100% improvement over the old location. Not only is it more pleasing aesthetically (no longer a bunch of portables taped together), but the team was actually friendly and willing to help. I dealt Nate and Mark, the sales manager and would definitely recommend them. Should be picking up the new car toward the end of this week. I'll post the pics of the new whip when I pick it up.

Bought my wheel HUBs from them when I changed my wheel bearings. They were pretty good. It looked nice inside, and overall no complaints.

I heard an old buddy of mine works there as a tech (heard it through random jibber-jabber during a drinking night the other day)
If confirmed - I'll let him know about this thread and everyone's service experience, GOOD AND BAD. I'm sure they would like some REAL feedback.
And hopefully, they can eventually be an affiliated TM3 dealership

I was there recently for my 1 year service, and I can confirm that it is much improved, both aesthetically and from a service perspective.
Had my 1 year service done, as well as the 'squeaky clutch' issue fixed, and it went very smoothly. For the latter, I'm not sure what they fixed, but the clutch has a very different feel to it. Smoother and much more rebound. Much improved.
1-year service was $247 taxes in which I believe is roughly what others paid at other dealerships.
What's the deal with the squeaky clutch thing anyway? Mine makes noise too but I am out of my 3 year warrenty.
Went there not last week but the week before for my 96k service. The service guy was nice enough. They did the service fairly quick. I asked them to check the tranny out cus I am having some rough shifting, they "could not reproduce the issue" therefore didnt fix it. Wasn't happy about that. Also didnt fill my washer fluid, which was empty 3 days later, and spilled coolant while doing the change. It smelled pretty bad for a few days, felt naseous while driving.
Service manager called me back after I left a review. Am going to take the car back this week hopefully. Will keep updated.

I bought my 3 Sport there and I have no complaints. Friendly, good service. Although I got the feeling I knew far more about cars and Mazda in general than they did.
Good experience overall

What's the deal with the squeaky clutch thing anyway?
For me, the clutch pedal would squeak/groan/click when depressed. It was worse when it was cold.
I forget the exact wording on the work order, but it indicated they replaced a flange nut, greased, and adjusted the pedal assembly. Its much better now, although not 100% silent.
I also didn't realize the clutch pedal should/could have so much rebound as it does now. Makes for more zoom-zoom than I've ever had. :)
