Prima Mazda - Service

I just wanted to make a positive comment regarding Prima Mazda. I was there earlier today for an oil change, and they were fast, courteous and thorough, as they noticed that my passenger wiper blade was sliced. I had been at another Mazda dealership nearby about 20 minutes earlier and they seemed to miss it, but the people at Prima were on it, so that was much appreciated. They also gave me 10% discount on the wiper because I am a member of this forum, an added bonus.

Anyway, I figured with the largely negative reviews of the dealership I thought I would let others know that I had a positive experience.

I just got back from Prima Mazda. I had a small warranty issue with my vehicle, and the service department did a great job. I have experienced great customer service every time I have been in, and I just wanted to say thanks.

Went in for my 23k oil change and picked up a cargo tray for the trunk. The staff are kind, courteous, and professional. They took the time to answer questions and were pleasent the second I walked in. The tray was available for pick up less than 24hrs after ordering it. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
