View Full Version : Budd's Mazda.... Brilliant Experience.

So where to begin, Some of you may know, Twila and I are moving to winnipeg next weekend. We went to our usual Select mazda and spent a huge amount of money to get our car ready for the long journey west. Then, we went back,and then back again. They had made a mess of our car and never addressed the underlying issues that were first and foremost. Numerous trips with no joy. SO, we went to Burlington mazda to try to correct the issues, they did their best, I'll give 'em that, the mechanic and Kevin were great. BUT, couldn't seem to remedy the problem. You know, as soon as you turn up at the dealer, the car runs perfectly. On to the next one. BUDD'S. I called John Boot, who everyone knows on here. PHENOMENAL!!!. That's all I can say. To be truthful, I'm not even sure that the problem is remedied, but John and his team of mechanics appear to have left no stone unturned and tried everything to make sure that my little family is going to be safe and sound on this journey. He was in constant contact with me, perpetually re-assuring me, (Who is incredibly stressed by this point), and gave us second to none service. John knowing how incredibly busy Twila and I are getting ready to leave, had a loaner car as a special favour waiting for us and wouldn't even have us pay for the service until we are sure that the issues are sorted out. I know that in the past I was very leary of QEW mazda due to some big issues with the service we had recieved, Now, I wouldn't dream of entrusting our vehicle to anyone else other than John and his team of proffesional mechanics. Thanks guys!

Nice review. John works incredibly hard to keep his customers needs met and to go above and beyond. I've met and dealt with a lot of dealer service advisers in my time and he's been the best so far.

Bill it was my pleasure to help you in your time of need as i know how stressed you were and concerned about your long road trip with your family. i want to wish you a safe drive on your trip and as i said we all hope to see lots of pictures on your way.
