So I was leaving my girlfriends earlier and realized as I turned my car on that only my passenger side wiper blade was doing a full revolution, whereas my drivers doesn't lift for more than an inch. Both of my wiper blades were frozen a couple days ago and I have since cleaned them and made sure nothing is obstructing their path...
Anyone ever had this happen to them? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like the mounting between the blade arm and the motor assembly has stripped or the bolt has become loose. Try removing the nut that holds the wiper blade arm and remove and inspect to see if the gears are stripped.

That'll involve cleaning out my garage as I don't want to do it out in the cold :(

Either that or relocate the steering wheel to the right side.

I was planning to do this, however it did just end up being the loose bolts holding the arm on not sticking properly. Problem solved!

Glad it all worked out for you.
Two birds with one stone. You have a working wiper and a clean garage now.:chuckle
