MS6 rims on a 2nd Gen MZ3, NAY or YAY

I haven't seen a gen 2 MZ3 with the MS6 rims (spokes). Will this look good on the 2nd gen 3?

if you can find a set it's definitely worth it. They look great, i wish i could have kept the rims when i traded the car in but i didn't have another set of rims so they had to go in with the trade in. It will make your 3 stand out a lot more!

I'm biased as I ran a set of Gun Metal PC MS6 wheels that were on my Gen 1 Copper Red GT-L Sedan. There are pics up in my Album (http://www.torontomazda3.ca/forum/album.php?albumid=33).

It looked great.

That's actually a good observation. I did notice that the Ms6 wheels are narrower. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think the stock tires that come with it is 215/45/18. It does look good from he side though.

You are making 2 observations that the wheel wells are larger and the wheels will look narrower. 18" wheels are pretty much the same size filling the wheel wells the same height wise. 40/45 series really don't change that gap as much.

As for wider or narrower depends on the width of the rim. 1st Gen MS3 wheels are 7" wide and the MS6 are also 7" wide. 5-star RX8s are 8" wide so the statement the wheels would appear narrower is true.

Yeah when I originally put them on I was in 4x4 mode. Prokits helped. Threw around the idea of spacers but never did it. Had a set of 225 40 18 tires on the rims
